Laura Geller 20 Shades of Shadow Vol. 2

I don't know what it is, but as soon as brands start coming out with new collections, I MUST HAVE THEM! On my usual weekly trip to Ulta, I saw the Laura Geller 20 Shades of Shadow Vol. 2 for only $55. I loved all of the colors in it, except Royal and Iris (I am not a blue eye shadow person). I decided to get it, and it came with a cute little free gift of a blush and brush in a cute little pouch. I have never used any Laura Geller products before, so I was not sure what to expect. My first time using it, I used Rosemist, Claret, and Plum for a purple smokey eye. I didn't think that the colors were extremely pigmented, which is usually a huge drawback for me, but this time it was actually a bonus. So the next day, I tried Quartz, Java and Cocoa. Again, the colors were not overly pigmented, and again I really liked how they looked. It was a nice switch-up from using something that makes my eyes look dark.
Overall, I like this palette a lot and think that it is perfect if you don't want a heavy makeup look, and you are going for something more on the natural side. The colors are really easy to use with each other, so whether you are a beginner or an expert, you will have no problem creating beautiful looks. I will definitely be getting more Laura Geller products in the near future.
